haha i'm doing rs survey analysis now... and while analysing the stuff... had a strange desire to go find the medians means and modes of all the stuff... and plot a box plot so as to show a clearer picture on the distribution of scores. control hil! but seriously it may help la... ahhhhh i want to! can? can? can?
i kinda enjoy this. sitting in front of the com doing work. while listening to loads of christian music. slightly distracting... cos when i first started listening was like... man i wanna worship! its cool. haha. but then decided that i could worship while doing work. so thats the pattern. but whoa. the songs. are cool. avalon. it keep catching snatches of lyrics here and there... and they really apply man.
hmms. is my analysis supposed to be detailed? cos i dunno how i write until got quite alot eh. compared to last year's one. haha.
look at my pattern of work:
11-12sth: do rsrsrs.
12sth-1: surf net.
1-5: SLACK.
5-6: do rs again.
haha lol. so not proportionate. 2 hrs of doing work, 5 hrs of slacking. heehee. hil style. its like 5 days of weekend and 2 days of weekday.
i'm tempted to reflect. on pngteh. after reading jess' post.
yea. i agree that pngteh is a super comfortable place/company to be with. seriously. that fri... talked abit with jess gor grace. abit to the serious side. was pleasantly surprised la. got to know abit more bout them. and its cool.
yup. haha when thinking bout it also came to same conclusion. that we feel comfortable with each other... cos there's no pressure. you can be silent if u want to, can be crazy and loud if u want to. at most e rest just laugh and forget about it thats all... with pngteh can go crazy! yet can be serious as well... when out as a group, its just relaxed, no pressure to go do fun stuff to please anyone. we just come together, and somehow just find stuff to do.
yea never realised. haha. i like pngteh :)

yea and its also true that pngteh has no clear interests that we are crazy about. okay maybe we do but we

ahhhhhhh THIS IS TRAGIC. sadsad. its seriously such sad news lor! today went visiting! at so many houses! and alr chinese new year eve and first day has gone by! AND! i havent eaten a single piece of bahkwa! ahhhhhhhh TRAGIC!!!
my bahkwa... i've waited so long for this chinese new year period... just to sink my teeth into you... to enjoy your juiciness... your chewiness... your TASTINESS! and no one in my family has bought you! how to eat?! bahkwa ah bahkwa... oh when will i taste you again?
haha but e rest of the food was GOOD. wahhhhhhh!!! every year this is the time when all the great food starts popping up! soooo nice... tuan2yuan2fan4... my father's side... those meatballs... delicious! ate them all my life man... every year would look forward to that dish... and also the abalone soup... nice chewy abalone! ahhhh i'm alr missing the food...
my mum's side! at kaogong's house... MEATBALL SOUP! wahlao can open store and i bet business will soar man! its just soooo nice... with the right amount of saltiness, coupled with the peppery taste of pepper and e weird taste of that weird green leaf thingo... with the crunchy turnips... and the juicy soft meatballs bursting with the flavour of meatballs! ahhhhhhhh... to eat it... nice man.
hokkien mee... have u ever eaten hokkien mee made by hokkiens? its so different from those e stalls out there sell la! got standard one eh! haha... and also... yusheng... never used to like it but its nice la. mmm.
haha... also there's the family part. hee my father's side... talked to seth a bit. yayy. but i don't have his number! booo. shall try to source for it... haha... also my mother's side! wahh so many additions to the family! like there's one whole generation added alr la! 4 kids... xinyee, gemmy, ethan, caleb! all soooo cute! all like little miniatures of their parents... ahhhhhhh!!!

haha today was a nice day. in that nice stuff happened. morning! woke up at nine. then went down and ate cake. nice cake. i like nice cake. and after that i read newsweek! and the papers. i love reading newsweek man... so interesting. so i had an enjoyable morning. went to do e strengthquest thing... think i was getting quite sian towards e last few questions, so anyhow answer. lol. anyway my 5 strengths are restorative, analytical, deliberative, individuality, connectedness. doesnt seem to fit but i dunno haha.
then! went to tm with mum sis grandma. :) to eat lunch. actually was meeting mich for lunch but since they going might as well go. and it was nice. they ate lunch, i went down to buy toriQ and takopachi. and ate abit of my grandma's yongtaufoo. then! went to life! haha!
was browsing thru the books... suddenly someone tapped me on e shoulder. it was ben! lol. i was shocked. but happy. haha. so browsed thru e books abit, talk to him abit, decided to go call mich. so i call mich. and turns out! she was in yamaha! doing homework! since 12.30! and i'd been in tm since 11.30! aiyo... haha.
so i told her i had a surprise. and smartiepants her guessed it was ben. mymy was she happy. yay.
then e three of us went to longjohns. to eat lunch. was alr super full... but then cannot skip lunch right! so i ate. and it was super funny la... was observing mich cutting her chicken... aiyo. cutcutcut the chicken slideslideslide all over her plate. so i was eyeing her... and she was getting freaked... haha. i cut my chicken very cleanly. yup. its a skill. but lunch was super funny and crappy la... ben mich i were laughing and laughing... haha! at stupid lame stuff.

mich: err i dunno.

mich: i dunno. wat is it ah?

ben: ohno wrong table...
haha laughlaughlaugh! then there was one point of time where i noticed that all 3 of us were holding our forks and knives e same way. which shouldnt be e case! cos i'm lefthanded! and they are righties! tsktsk. turns out i hold it wrongly lol. see. i'm not right. HAHA. ohwells.
then at the end of lunch. we were drinking e rest of our cokes. or pepsis. i dunno which. then mich was bullying me... she kicked me la! so i took some ice and flicked it at her. and it kinda missed lol. then she took some ice and flicked it on me! and it totally missed! fell on the floor haha...
then went to bandprac. it was quite fun la. at one point of time mich and i were playing the guit together... as in only one guit. so she started pressing the chords and i strum. then i got tired so we switched; i pressed e chords and she strummed. it sounded good lor.
then go home time! joseph mich i went to buy bubble tea. then went to busstop. mich couldnt get home cos everyone was out! so she decided to come home w me. yayy. then sun4bian4 give joseph a lift too haha. it was nice talking... poor joseph troubled over dan... yea it was super fun la. just sitting at the bus stop talking... and when its raining... lalala.
then mich came to my house. haha finally eh? next is my turn to go your house lol. we talked abit. went down to eat dinner. then went my room and talked abit too. talked bout deep stuff? would u consider that deep? haha i dunno. but it was nice la. :) then throughout e whole entire thing... she was trying to catch me unawares and flinging my penguin cushion thingy at my head! she did that thrice bef dinner... then aft dinner i started catching the cushion lol. haha!
so throughout e entire thing couldnt concentrate properly! how to when a pink penguin is gonna hurtle toward your head any moment! haha... so to make it fair. we played the whacking game. that we were playing at macs. new version! should trace e developments of take e bait man.
1. i was just trying to whack e back of her hand whenever i could.
2. i would whack her hand whenever she tried to touch my sock. so it started to be called take e bait at this point. the sock is the bait! developed at church. take e bait got its name.
3. i would hold out both hands and she would try to whack it. then she would hold out both hands and i try to whack it. developed at new foodcourt. or is it outside e foodcourt in tm? during before sec4 farewell?
4. slightly more civilised! developed at macs. we each stick out our right hands (or left hands) and place it on the table. palm facing up. then lets say its my turn. so i will turn my palm over for her to whack. but when she tries to whack i turn it back again. yea. more civilised, no?

HAHAHA these days in school are absolutely WACKY man! can spend the day laughing la! esp since i'm sitting w dino... haha! whenever we have funny teachers who speak funny stuff... wah the floodgates open man. laugh until can cry alr... and also scribbling in her notebook... all the stupid lame stuff... HAHA. soooo fun.
all the funny teachers... so siao! okayokay must blog about mryang... wahlao that guy is so darn funny la! and he doesnt even try! he's just so naturally strange! all the things he says... that time when he came in, opened his mouth... in like 5 seconds dino and i dissolved in laughter alr... seriously the stuff he says is super funny... so! dino and i decided to record down his quotable quotes! we were like shaking in silent laughter and trying to write the quotes down... must blog about it. shall blog about it next time... don't have the quotes w me...
then! mrslim! waha this year i think she's relaxed lor... haha... think she likes to see us happy. that day in the lab we were doing this experiment... putting sodium into water... the whole class was like staring transfixed at the thing waiting for an explosion to happen... but so disappointing. all the sodium all never catch fire. so mrs lim was like adding piece after piece, each one bigger than the last... and the class was super happy when a big piece fnally caught fire... we were like 'one more time!' and she was like 'i don't want to risk my life...... okay la one more time.' haha! super fun man that lesson. love the potassium flame. purple.
then! she was cutting the lithium... suddenly she just threw back her head and laughed. this super weird laugh. the whole class was staring at her incredulously la! HAHAHAHAAAA! then she explained that it was cos the lithium got oxidised... then the oxide was harder than the scalpel so the scalpel broke. wah the whole class started laughing la! i think it was more at her laugh than the scalpel breaking...
THEN. math. haha i think math teacher is super motherly... but very funny. one thing that set dino and i off was... to arrow people... cos the class was quiet, not being spontaneous and answering questions... she walked to her table and took up this stick thingo and waved it around. and said:
"girls, this is my hand."
WAHLAO. instant dissolving into laughter.
then after that to start arrowing people... she was like waving the stick left and right... oh that stick has a hand on it... so she was waving it left and right and she said:
"okay who is my hand waving to? you have to answer the question..."
that set us off even more... then she has this thing called the student detector also... its just super funny la...
tell you... if you wanna experience it must be there one... its super funny... haha...

haha these few days have been funny and fun days. yesterday had chem! then we played this pictionary thing... super fun. but also super hard haha! we were supposed to write eight chem-related words as a group... then pass around. then after that the time would start and we would start drawing frantically... u know how hard it is to draw isotope?! allotrope?! wahlao...

yea... then today english. haha super funny. evancheng gave us this new year resolution thing to fill up... also at the back got stuff to complete. then dino and i were having fun la! writing stupid stuff...
my new years resolutions are:
1. try hand in all my hw on time
2. do qt everyday
3. tithe every month.
my hopes for this year are:
1. score at least >3.4 gpa; nothing should get 2.8.
2. to grow in wisdom and stature, in favour with God and man.

oh i had a funny dream just now. i dreamt that some disaster happened. like tsunami like that but i was only vaguely worried. then my singtel plan had some tsunami disaster helpline thingo... so i called it. then cos i called it in front of my com, somehow this screen popped up. and apparently it was benchong's blog. so his blog was like... don't panic... he'll be helping... then he listed his schedule; which days he was free to help and which days he was not. then after that i scrolled down and i saw sth STUPID. sth to do w mich LOL.

haha these two days of school were quite fun... quite slack also la. thats wat made it fun lol. yesterday... went to school. had assembly in amphi. stood on the steps near the koipond... looked up and saw sherlyn right in front of me haha! that girl! blind like that ah! took so long before she spotted me... right in front of her somemore. yea communicating over that distance was cool la. haha! signing. and a bit of lip reading when i forgot wat was U haha.
rest of the day... ohya my first recess! horrible. we were in a rush, then rshl and i wanted to eat our fav mee with rou4chor4 and mushrooms. then only 5min! so we were like in a hurry... and when putting chilli she just dumped one whole ladleful onto my mian... wahh halfway thru the bowl was sucking in air like dunno wat! haha then they told us recess was extended. drank so much water. and ribena. haha.
then... passed the rest of the day fine... hadley meeting was like a 207 reunion or sth lol. haha man havent caught up w pple in ages. still havent caught up lol. pngteh! we were sitting at the back and talking. and ge and huiyi were comparing their phones and rabbit tails or sth. lol!
then... met sher for lunch! in foyer... haha mich couldnt lunch w us. but tayhui came! yayy. it was super fun la. we walked to fareast... talk talk talking... yea must go out more w tayhui. that kid makes me laugh. we ate yami yoghurt! its sooooo nice. haha i'm a yami yoghurt fan now.
then today! haha got to school. mich came to find me! talked... talked... talked... yay happy man she's on the same floor as me again. only sad thing is that she's 3 classes away. so we have to walk super long to get to each other's classrooms... nevermind! distance is no barrier! we will still talk and see each other! haha!
and i think i've made myself known to her class alr. wow. cos my class was cleaning... then dino and i decided to walk to the far toilets... just to walk past her class... and we were trying to find her in the class. she too small la very hard to see. haha we were carrying our towels to wash... then while walking we were just spinning them around... and we earned the name of towel dancers. lol.
then... had class party! yay! watched pirates of the caribbean... was stuffing myself la, there was so much food... then had PIZZA! ate... drank... was happy... and our teachers were surprisingly nice. did sth very unexpected. when sandy was announcing and asking e class to pay 2.40 for the pizza... evancheng and jamesong just suddenly said that they were paying for the pizza.
there was silence.
yea the class was just staring at them in shock la... super funny. haha! wow. really unexpected. cool.
then... dino and i talked. stood outside the class and talked. haha interesting.
gb was fun. yay i liked the games. though dunno why the people i goose all catch me one. haha. fun la. must be ENTHU!
no more! i wanna go beach. to skip stones. also to cycle. maybe i'll go tmr. yay.
